strange ghosted buildings

I am not sure if this is engine related or BA related. I tried to turn BA widgets on and off, but it didn't seem like they were directly causing this, so I thought I would share it here.
I have been spectating a few games with spring 0.82.5. It doesn't seem to happen all the time, but for some reason some buildings get a ghosted version in them.
I took 2 screenshots to show what I mean.
It doesn't seem to be happening to all buildings, yet I have seen many different buildings show this behaviour; from LLTs to mexes to mines.
