- made n/s/e/w platforms wider and moved the metal spot slightly away from the edges
- reduced the height of the center walls to avoid disrupting air-ground interactions too much
- added start boxes for ZK
- added min win multiplier for ZK

- increased size from 12x12 to 14x14
- added land paths between starting platforms along the map sides
- significantly increased map hardness
- improved textures for metal spots and fortress walls
- repositioned center metal spots to make them less exposed

- improved the smoothness of the ramp slopes
- modified LOS shading a bit
(not as dark as default, but difference more noticeable than in v4)
- slightly corrected geothermal spot decal positions

- redid the map profile for wider paths between areas across the edges and through the center
- added more metal spots in the starting positions but spread them out more so they're harder to protect
- overall texture improvements on the cliffs, they look more jagged and more natural
- made fog texture sharper
- toggle ground decals on (necessary for metal and geo spots)

- lua resource spot marking stamps textures in the ground instead of relying on feature decals
(because people often have the ground decals disabled)
