Hi,

If you use SpringLobby, all games (single / online) are saved in a drawer called « demos ».
I don't know where it is located on Windows, however, you can find it /home/youraccountname/.spring/demos if you are under Linux.

[EDIT] : Was thinking about demos, sry, time to sleep for me :|

short answer: no
long answer: http://springrts.com/wiki/Lua_SaveLoad and see if your game supports it or not
rationale: there isn't anything worth saving; single player is just skirmish matches vs AI, they don't have anything unique in them to bother continuing from and usually don't last long
