I spend a lot of time modelling something that would actually resemble a catapult mechanism, by reloading its payload with a swinging arm. I thought that would be fun but I couldn't really make that work in a way I liked. Just going by one of Arne's concepts resulted in a model much faster.

Looks a bit streamlined. I imagine core looking more blocky and sharp. It is a good model though of course and I guess it will look more coreish when textured. Not that I know anything about modeling..
