from reading the forums, I think the boat is completely his, so is the texturing.
The packo and bertha is imported to CA, so they may look different.
Hehehe... I did the ZK bertha import. IIRC, it was a pretty straightforward "convert to OBJ, import into UpSpring, set firepoints/effectpoints" dealie -- but it's worth a second look -- I'm not sure if the normals and the radius are set right.
I remember it looked similar to what I saw in Blender, though, if that means anything.
As for the Pack0 -- I don't think that's Cremuss's. Ask Saktoth to make sure, but I'm almost definite that's an CA kitbash.
As for the ships, ZK took Cremuss's models and filled in the gaps with their own modified versions. You probably ought to ask Saktoth about the ships, too.

Btw, will this really make BA free of TA IP? Since you will be still using names or at least most of the TA mechanics, doesn't that make it still somewhat IP encumbered, or how does that lawyer mambo-jumbo work?
Nope, not by a long shot, but it's a gigantic step forward. The next big project will be sounds.
