Here is my first try.

Looks nice but but the unit on the left looks as if he's been crammed in as his top touches the top and his bottom touches the bottom bar exactly, perhaps make him a tiny bit bigger or smaller?

Also, I think it might look a little weird with the right unit's feet chopped off like that, dunno how small you'd have to make him to see his feet so maybe it isn't worth it.

Overall, good job, it's nice to see the site get some lovin' every now and then.

The suits are at a big of a stark contrast from the blue bg. Try lightening up the right side a little?

i like it. i think it compares similarly to the StarWars:willneverfinish game's banner.

I don't see any reason not to add this to the rotation.

I used firebug to inject your image to demonstrate what is wrong with it...

Either cut off the feet so he ends before the top of the button or shrink him just enough so that you can fit the whole feet in.

Makes me happy in the pants to see some gundam banners.

Do think it needs to be resized slightly so the feet aren't lopped off. Perhaps drop the saturation on the guy to the left so that he recedes into the back a little more?

Another suggestion would be to enlarge the foreground gundam instead of shrinking it, so that he's cut off at the knees or chest or something, that'll make it look more intentional

Cut the banner off a little higher so that the feet are cut off by the edge of the "download" button instead of sticking halfway into it and ending abruptly.

Smoth, would you like me to replace this current Banner with the new one you posted?

I don't think yet, I was looking at the site CSS and I think I misunderstood what was described. I will need to post a proper guide on how to do the banner images and do a few examples with it...

anyone have a game they want to see up there?

Somebody fix the banners that don't have the top bit transparent, it doesn't show on the normal style-sheet but on this Christmas one it looks dumb.
