Lurk more. Gundam and KP have their own shortcuts.
I'm guessing you mean in the games section of the site? cause honestly I build from source and use rapid most the time but I get your point. And I do agree with you, I don't think they should ever be called "mods" unless that is in fact what they are; a modification of a game such as yours. If I had never played spring before, went to the website, went to games, clicked on a link, downloaded and installed the game, then played, the argument about "game" or "mod" would not even matter.
Also, it is no where near necessary to fork your work. I mean your obviously doing an awesome job at what you do. I really don't care how I play it as long as it's there to play.
Edit: I should also add that I actually do enjoy having so many options in one place.
To do what felix is suggesting each game would have to fork the engine just to count as their own game. The demands people are placing on spring projects have become more and more ridiculous and little to do with gameplay..
bummer that you are on 'nux fukencool, it is really hard for me to prepare an install like I can for windows. Otherwise you would have a shortcut to the gundam singleplayer menu that zwzsg setup.
btw: on your point about loadscreens being pretty much the same, that will come. There is an engine dev who may produce the ability to customize load screens making that feature possible in the near-ish future.

yea I enjoy my open source 'nux though . Not that I needed them, but customized loading screens would definitely add a lot to the presentation of any of the games.
edit:Also, ignoring some demands here and there wouldn't hurt because in the end; all that matters is play-ability.

The most we can currently do as content devs is change the images(which we already do).. but in the future we have been told that we will be able to do a bit more.

Yea I assumed it was all you could do, and really it never crossed my mind til I wrote it and I could see it being pretty low priority. Either way, I would say the state Spring is in right now is better than ever and a little more PR all around couldn't hurt.

Dimm, I realize you are just trying to help, but you have likely just caused a lot of problems for the zk guys. Please take it from someone who knows all too well and has been dealing with distribution platforms for quite some time. It is no simple matter.

What problem would that cause? Damn I wish we had a dedicated PR guy dealing with all this :)
Assuming that Moby is a distribution service... Distribution services generally require games to be packaged a certain way. So submitting something packaged incorrectly is like getting your alpha versions spread all over the internet via softpedia and brothersoft.
