If someone doesn't mind finally answering my question, whats up with the first person shooter firing?

Is something wrong with it? I haven't played this release yet.

Anything w/ out d-gun order hasn't fired while aiming at an enemy for the last few versons.

When in fps mode you cannot directly aim at a target. It treats enemies like it used to treat allies.

Yes, I know but I am wondering if it is a bug that needs to be fixed or just an option to change that no one has wanted to tell me about for the last few months?
