pieces that might be good to have as objects/on texture: (dont need those myself, just ideas) -yellow-black warning stripes ie for constructors -lamps/head lights: basically a white/yellow piece thats just very bright on one side. caseing could be made with other pieces. -cubes+cylinder in pure green, yellow, red, blue, orange, white, black could be used for various effects ie http://answers.springlobby.info/questio ... s-on-units or traffic light style lamps, or just to have some way to use color. (ie you could also do the warning stripes with those, hey could even do the lamps with those)
some pieces have these lines and stripes. Would be nice if when combining them, the lines would always line up.
hmmm... i think i've got the "warning track" on another skin
lamps would be cool; but i could probably kitbash a little bit and make them if i needed (using a self-illuminated area for the "lamp" bit)
damn that progress bar is a cool idea; i really like it!
actually you can line up those bars on some of the parts... not all of them ofc... i did try though XD the texture we're using for evo 2nd faction actually i think works out a little better than the texture you're using... its just hard to plan it out when there are so many different combinations of shapes, and everyone who has tried legos have come up with combinations i've never thought of (like how you made the turret domes, or that ANYONE could make such fancy animated treads)

yea, atm i just dont know which part is self-illuminated. i think on the texture forb made for me, only teamcolor is reflective.
and plain colored cubes+zylinders could be deformed without strechting the texture, it might have more uses than just for the reflective part of a lamp. The texture could be just 1x1 pixel per color so it wouldnt take up much uvmap space.

It's all self illuminating. Actually the entire texture is reflective, but the teamcolor is the only part that is cranked up to 11. You can change it by opening up the texture 2 in your favorite editor and using brightness on the green channel (be careful, a little goes a long ways!).

never really thought about this but due to the latest lolthread i was wondering whats the license on your legos, if you have any? Also gave me the idea to make a "Credits" menu because those always have funny animations* and cool music**. So how do you want to be credited, like if you have a homepage i can put that too or w/e.
*not sure if animations will work because game is paused in menu, maybe using drawframe **probally not so cool
