No.

No snoop, but I can almost guarantee better results if not faster answers by using the other system. Forums are for debate, the other system is strictly for getting your questions answered.

the answers site is meant to be for general questions, like:
"How does one add shininess to a model?"
not like:
"This is my script, it has problem, please fix: <code>"
... which should go to the forum.

So if your question (and especially a good answer to it) will be relevant to many others, it should go to the answer site, otherwise to the forum.
