Speak yo hoijui about getting a Shard .so for linux (Shard is Evo's official ai or whatever).

Unfortunately, atm I am not aware of any .so for shard as of yet.

However, if do rapid upgrade for the latest evo, then start spring directly (as in, not via the lobby), there is a mission available via the missions menu. (Start spring directly, choose evo and any map, and then click "test the game". That will take you to the singleplayer menu).

The changes Hoijui suggested where made to Shard in github, but as of yet, nobody has tested these changes on linux, and I don't have an environment to test them myself

you said this change will fix it, i just showed you where to do it.

i tried to test shard but current spring master is unusable for testing.. and i was too lazy to set it up on an other branch.
will come back if master is usable again.

Forb and i are in the same shard boat for better or worse. If you want you can help the CT/shard effort working on the shard config files on our svn. http://code.google.com/p/conflictterra/ ... hardConfig
