I think its probably better to work on replacing noises. Surely we can get/make a bunch of PD/open vrr's, bangs, pops, blips and whizzes (and not sound like a bunch of 13 year olds who think they are badasses when they speak in a deep voice into their built-in PC mic).
I think it would be better to assign each unit a small "chime" as opposed to a voice.
Voices get annoying, especially when the voice actors are not professional, and even then.
Voices are also just another thing that should be localized.
Having a chime would allow complex sound effect combinations, for example, a sound effect could be assigned to "under attack" and "construction vehicle", these two sound effects would be played when a conveh is under attack.

@CCblackmilk, Scikar: While we probably don't need ingame music and aren't yet able to add loading riffs (due to engine limitations), some music for a trailer video would certainly be welcome.
@noruas: DO THIS NOW: Go buy the game Battleforge. In the game, purchase the unit known as 'Razorleaf.' Click on it repeatedly to hear the unit replies it emits. lol. Produce similar unit voices for all CA units. Win. Give all profit to MidKnight.
@chaosmonkey: Tell us where we can find this "sefidel" person. Also, troll failed, 0/10 on the Gota Scale.
