ignore that license. I'll update the installer to say that this game is Public Domain blah blah blah. Sorry I thought it was unrestrictive enough. I'll go all the way to PD, won't hurt me any.
BTW the license is only in the installer atm so technically it's not licensed under anything. Lurker, do me a favor and dig up the best way to PD everything and make it official and let me know.

No, it's completely blocked, you cannot waive certain rights (though they're moral rights and such, nothing worth much), probably because otherwise every company would require all employees to surrender all their copyrights.

Here goes, new license. Unfortunately PD appearently is not a legal license which sucks, so I chose this, which is compatible with all countries.

Unfortunately it rained last night so I couldn't update the installer. I will do the first chance I get.
This mod looks awesome. Although no fighters came out of the carrier, so I had to play with capital ships only. Then the game crashed when my destroyer got attacked.

Subversion Repository its a spring 'release' the coders use to add their stuff, like a beta release of the next spring version(i might be completely wrong )

Well SVN is a repository. Spring SVN often refers to the nightly builds that are automatically made from Springs SVN (svn stands for subversion repository).
SVN is where all the latest and greatest stuff is (and in many cases, buggy new stuff ).
