Starting from 0.148 win32 release zips will no longer contain the standalone SpringSettings binary. The latest release will only be available via http://springlobby.info/installer/springsettings.exe

Furthermore, as SpringLobby and the updater app are now completely statically linked, no dlls will be shipped with the archive.

Spring Lobby doesn't send user status command to autohost when user changes his color. if user changes his Side (Faction) Spring Lobby will send status command immediately.
