function Spring.GetUnitIsBuilding (unitID), when used where unitID is a unit currently cloning itself, returns nil, meaning that the game isn't registering the unit as building something.
I was trying to use this function in YMSAI to stop the runnaway production of everything... but it won't work because of this. I've been trying things for like three hours straight... I'm a wit's end. I'm going to need knorke or someone else to tell me how to fix the overproduction bug.
