These look really great, and I hate to pick nits, but could you please adjust these with smaller/less obtrusive logo text?
Right now, the rich green/red Evo logo takes attention away from the actual picture and the homepage. I personally like the way the IW banners did it, with a simple URL in the corner.

The easiest way to get something like this done is to PM me. If I come by in the normal course of browsing I will notice it, but I've just been watching the report queue over the past week due to other commitments.

Most prior submissions did not get processed on time because I was under the impression that somebody else was monitoring them. I no longer am.

Yeah, my first thoughts were 'wow, these banners are cool', followed by 'the evo logo here is far too obtrusive'. It's competing with the Spring engine logo and should really only be one line of small faded white text, IMO.
