should be at least 25, maybe 50 (videos)

The evo trailer vid is 12 mb at 480p. Depends on the type of videos you want on the main page.

I think best would be if was possible to embed youtube videos.
Even if the limit was raised to 25mb, not many people know how to encode a video so that it looks best a given filesize.
Or how to encode to .flv even.

Uh, if your file is over 10mb, then a forum post attachment is not the proper way to upload it.
