add scroll bars

To at least: widget menu (F11), share menu, end game stats. (Maybe also to ingame map/mod selection menu)

Widget Menu can be scrolled, but you have to know it.

In bigger games (>16 players) its impossible to give units to some persons.

Hmm, would it also be possible to add scroll bars to the player list ingame? We played a tourney game yesterday with 2 players and 38 specs, the list filled the whole 900 pixel height of my screen :O

Add scroll bars to relevant engine GUI elements, but ask widget devs for scrollbars on their stuff.
