Nice-was the only 1 word i have written.
So i have a question:what for servers have a lot of SUCH admins?!That just kicking dor their only wish and not watching for balances or the ration of gamestartings.
Just open-up comand !smurfs and clear-up the list of "so-called" admins.

if you tell that is "nice" , that give intel to your opponent. It tells you did significant damage while he was about to give up. Since he did not I have to wait for 1 hour before winning....
That is kinda annoying...
then you can argue where does the limit of spec chating start. I can either argue or take it to the letter. Imo you definitly does not deserve that since you usually dont do it, but there are so much zangeph out there I am kinda fed up to take time to exaplin each time

Typical admin abuse ... guess people just need to host their own servers to prevent this stuff and not give admin rights to children and rage pros.

Generally, monitoring who you give control to is a key component of reasonable delegation. However, it does take time and awareness, something people often lack, particularly online.

Stop going to servers that have admins who aren't to your liking. If there aren't such servers, put up your own.

With ZK and BA, there are enough players that at least during prime EU times the server will fill up. It might take from fifteen minutes to an hour, but once it's been happening a while, people will start gathering to those servers automatic.

This issue is also that ZK admins ban players from all mods and all servers by banning them from the lobby server.

Assuming that you are banned for a valid reason then it SHOULD apply to the whole server... the whole internet if we could manage it... seriously, stop being whiney dicks.
