You can't, there are a number of games that are Nealry TA and use TA's Units (and some TA Models/Textures/Sounds)... BA, XTA, CA to various extents... but Spring will not allow you to play the original Total Annihilation game in it's entirety, all TA style content has to have been ported to a certain extent in order to work in the Spring Engine.

But if you are just looking to play a game that's very much like TA, try BA...
