Okay. I don't like relying on others unless I know they will pull through. I generally work on my projects by myself, and get help here and there with tasks that are difficult for me (LUA or cob or engine help); however, I have become rather frustrated with some of my scripting abilities to bug fix some bos/COBs for some of my projects, so I would like to ask for help.

I am willing to pay the bug fixer in a trade for my modeling/ texturing time, or if need be real currency, however I am a student and I don't have a lot to offer cash wise.

Work details: Bug fix 1 to 3 bos scripts to design specifications in a SVN. Terms are negotiable.

Any one interested please give me a PM.

Firstly I'd suggest moving to lua.

Can you post the script and what's wrong?

There are reasons I won't switch to lua just as of yet, but I would love to in the future. One of the scripts is posted in the mod questions thread. They are rather long scripts, and there are many issues with them.

The main issue for this one is getting the weapon1 a LASER like weapon to work.

It is not a real melee. And this issue isn't weapon relate since it is tested with a working weapon.

I believe Smoth, Nemo and thesleepless all have solutions. Failing that, you could look at the new "Can" in CA, though the lance is a little awkward there.

Never mind when I said "melee". I meant "laser". Just ignore melee and think laser. I have working melee, I know how to do that. This is not the issue. The primary issue (out of many) is my weapon1 will not work, because there are many switches and variables in the long script and probably conflicting logic and other bad scripting in general that leads to an over all break down.
