I am trying to test gundam with people and I forget what it is I have to do in order to not have things EFFING desync issues?

Make a 'springignore.txt' in your game root dir, with just a single '*' char in it.

ah ha! aegis figured it out. I always forget, the paths directory sometimes gets gummed up.
