if you haven`t see the faq it only says for ATI to update or downgrade drivers nothing more
but its a spring problem and here i know some ways to fix it

1:if u can run test game buts the lobby cant launch it
fix A: in edit>preferences>spring clic on auto then use old launc method
fix B: uninstal spring and intall it in a path with no spaces like c:\games\spring

2: if the games launch once then always crash after loading
fix A: in edit>spring setting>[expert mode]>video mode> shut down all antialiasing box/slider
fix B: delete the file \LuaUI\Config\ba.lua before the game

Further to fix #2, upgrade to 10.8 drivers. That fixed it for me.
