After clean installing 0.80.2 with TASClient I keep desyncing any game I play

PC:
WindowsXP Home Edition Service Pack 2 32 bit
CPU: Pentium4 3.4 GHZ HT
RAM: 2048MB DDR2
I use clean spring 0.80.2 install.
I use TASClient from http://tasclient.licho.eu/TASClientLatest.7z (its 0.51)
Desync comes on any map , diff mods (tested NOTA 1.59 , BA 7.00 , CA5409) , even while im spectator
