Whenever i try to startup ta Spring (0.41b1, complete install ~60Mb), it gives errors pointing me to missing maps, sounds or other files. Mostly maps however. See the next images which are result of respectively single script run (after running spring.exe i chose 'be server' and the first script (other scripts give the same or similar errors)) and messages i get when i try to join or create a multiplayer game using springclient.exe.

I'm using win2ksp4, and yes, i have the .net framework and directx9.0c installed .

I couldn't find anyone else here at the forum with the same error messages. Anyone ideas?

Maybe you simply don't have any maps? Do you have a /maps/ subfolder with a bunch of .sm2 and .smd inside?

Yeah, i do have such a folder, since 4 maps are included in the 'regular' ta-spring install.
