I downloaded Spring yesterday and when I start a game (with Springlobby), it loads. Everything is going fine, but when I reach a new screen with the map, die turrets and the enemies (this is not in game!), spring crashes.
I read some things on this forum yesterday so I tried to make Spring work by adding a new line, something with MT=0. It didn't work, but it's still there.

The most important parts of the log. i never heard of this GFX card fo yours, but ... well.. it crashes in your GFX driver, and even if you would be able to find a newer/better one, it is not very likely that spring will run on it, and even if it does, it will run so bad that it is not fun playing, and only with very few units on the map.
Spring is a modern 3D RTS engine. you need somewhat capable hardware to use it.
