Lost password, what is the system?

Hi, played on the spring engine a lot a few months back, but after I got an update I lost my password and got busy with life and school. I looked around the forums and it seems like there isn't a really good way to recover lost passwords. While it would be totally awsome I understand if I am beyond all hope. Is there any system in the works for lost passwords or is this not a real problem yet?

The lobby account name is either Timex789 or timex789 might have registered both by mistake I would not be surprised. Once again I understand that I am probably out of luck, I am just being hopeful.

We just handle it manually. You tell us the name and the password you would like it changed to, we log in and change the password. I can't do it right now, as I am at the office, but Aegis or Lurker probably can.
