Summary0003210: Constructor stops before it enters build range
DescriptionConstructors can fail to walk in to build range. They walk almost into range, the nanoframe appears but they do not construct it because they seem to be too far away. I think this can always be reproduced by cornecro building corgrav (a small building) on a hill but it happens in other cases as well.
