Please attach a screenshot and an infolog.txt so we can see exactly what is wrong. Are you sure there isnt a 3d profile application blocking AA (nHancer et al)? Because AA works on my nvidia 8800gt. Thanks!

you know drivers can override application settings?

And why do you post the infolog of the working one (not that would be interested at all in that, we know that stuff works), but not from the not working one?

PS: why do you got AtiHacks enabled with a NVidia GPU?

not all GPU support all FFAA levels so FSAALevel=16 is rarely supported on notebooks, neither does FSAALevel=2 give any major improvements. Leaves FSAALevel=4 & FSAALevel=8 as only workable settings in your case.
