Spring RTS Engine

Just seems like its been a long time since anything at all has been updated on the main page.

Quite a few mods have been released/updated, and it would just be nice to let ppl know it on that front news page.

wow, didn't realise it was that open..
I figured it was up to an AFK mod to get stuff updated..
