Mod idea

How about a squad based mod?
U start out with a few units,each has its own ability.
The goal is to kill the resurracter.
Units die and he can resurract them if he stand close to em.
i am not sure if upgrades are possible but if they are than they should be implemented.
I think a squad based mod could be realy fun,maybe make it in a diff format than what i have offered...

it's possible, but it would require heavy modification of the engine. so i doubt that will get made...

Just have a factory as the commander. Then let the player spam out some units with the starting resources. There you go.

i was actually thinking it should be something like war evolution only u get a team of robots each a unique ability..not a single 1

Yes.
edit. It may only be in the SVN version, though. I know that we were toying with specific unit limits in S44, but we always toy with the latest SVN build.

yeah, that makes it cool then you could start with some amound of resource and a starting building, that building could build all the available units in the game and it would be up to the player to choose which units they wanted, but limit each type to 1 unit limit so they basically have to make one of each... have the factory use the trick where it stops working after it's build all of those units...
option 2 would be to get the lua startscripts working for multiplayer and just drop the right units into the start position with no con bots

no need for a dev version
if we wanted we could limit the krog in BA to one
