Onlyrepair category

Several times cons planes, ships and subs are trying to nano repair flying objects.Is it possible to utilize something like
OnlyNanoCategory1=NOTAIR;
to avoid this?

Maybe "MaxSpeedCanBeRepaired" would be the better name.
Rather than limiting repairs by class, a tag like this would allow
aircraft to be repaired while they are stationary, but not allow
them to be repaired while flying.

Hm, could we also get a "RepairTime" tag for units? I've noticed in e.g. Gundam that the expensive units take FOREVER to repair and giving the cons a repair multiplier that can deal with those units in reasonable time would mean practically instant repairs on cheaper units.

Not for the builder, for the target. We already have a RepairMultiplier tag for builders but some units may need to be expensive to make but quick to repair.
