Spring RTS Engine

hi everybody. I'm new to the game and needless to say i love it BUT
how can i get teh font size bigger? if thats what its called atleast.
I cant read the letters of my unit description.
I tried replacing the Luxi true type letter file as i thougt was nececary acording to a post but that made my letters only go smaller :D

any help on this would eb apreciated and when u explain it to me, explain it as if u would to someone who has never seen a computer before :)

Most likely you need to make the resolution larger, by default it is at 640x480. Go to Options>Program>Game settings and look at the resolution thing in the bottom right.

Now i got another one...how do i get the TAWD4 mod to work?
i noticed its not a single file like the BA mod :)
Trying all the mods out :) and getting them all installed so i can play with everybody :)

I don't think WD4 works in the current Spring, it was probably an old style mod which doesn't work with the client's mod switcher thing. There should be a newer version out, WD5.5 or something. I'm not sure, I have never personally tried it.

myea i got the latest version this time but still gives me an error...not that important anyway i decided to stick with the BA and the SW mods :)
i'm pretty fond of the SW mod :p

But i'm still getting some open GL can not initialise shadows message.
Not that the shadows mather that much, only hogs up CPU but i'm trying to get those nice screens as shown in the gallery :p

and are there any strategy guides cause i'm used at being quite good at these games but this one.....i dont know maybe its because the tech and units are new to me but woa ....did i say the AI is often to weak NOT in this one. And whats this xp and star talk? + i noticed there arent a lot of games there for new people to come in :p Not that i'm moaning or anything just making an observation :)

EDIT: oh i just remembered i'm sort of a music composer, is there a way to add music to the game, so that i can hear a nice beat while i'm playing the game. U know ur standard background score :)
