Spring RTS Engine

I was trying to join this clan, but in order for me to complete the final step I had to change my name. As a result as I was trying to do that I believe it did not work and then when I tried to log into old name my rank was at beginners. My last ranking was “Experienced”. I would also like to say that I deleted my registry info. (does that have any affect?) -Thanks in advance for the help! ^_^

well obviously a mod should raise his rank immediately!!!!
