Its true, and high probaly that all people who bough it will break their faces cause I doubt a lot anyone (incluiding countrys) with enough tech to make a base on the moon will pay any attention to the possibily of someone had bough that land...

If I recall, international law forbids any person or nation claiming ownership of land, property, or material, that does not originate from earth.
As such, the moon, stars, and other planetary bodies can enver be bought or claime by a person or state.
