Spring RTS Engine

Made a new Media category on unknown-files, so you can stick your videos, music, sounds or whatever there instead of misc now ^^

Woah, a UF admin that actually does something! How did we let him get on the team. Oo

i might even go so far as to start moving things into it

sit in the wrong section (mods instead of misc)
