Spring RTS Engine

I think that it would be interesting and usefull a resource sharing method where we could define a % of our resources to be shared imediatly after production, so we could share resources even under stall/negative income.

Thats bad, when your stalling badly you need your resources for building econ.

But the possibility of using it would be good as it'd be useful in certain circumstances.
