The Picture shows the CoreComs helmet in the Mod the LastLegacy - Textured with Buildicons... which was pretty funny, because i didn`t even knew you could do that...

Its the core collective consciousness displayed on a big screen. A tiny little robot is running around with a ladder pressing buttons and clinging on incase ti falls off. This is why core units are slow big and bulky.
