Texture/ColorMap For GroundFlash

... that just about says it all... having a custom texture and being able to manipulate its RGB values with ColorMap would rule... groundflashes are incredibly inflexible right now, and badly need a boost. I'm tired of the same generic texture being used for every single weapon that calls this...
