Spring RTS Engine

Hi!

Is there a possibility to import somehow the old maps from TA or are there any rebuilds? Could not find anything belonging this.

One more question: Why is there no indication on the maps for how many people they are suppose to work? I know you can add as many as you like but if the map is not made for that amount it's getting very tight...

Additional most maps look like they were made for 4 People..

Hi,

There are some old TA maps converted to the Spring format. A lot of
the issues have to do with the height maps and the textures. The TA
maps used tilesets, to make the texture of the the map. When converting
it to the Spring format, they don't that that good. So, you basically have
to design it from scratch and get as close as possible to look like the
orginal TA map.

Also, if you have a favorite TA map that you might like to see converted
to the Spring format. Post the name of it and someone might design
it for you.

May be i'll try myself creating it. (Mapped for some other games too)

One more question: If i asked for the map to be created i should possibly stick to the mapping forum right?

True ... If you post a request for a certain map. It might get redone.
I've done a few special requests in my time. Post it and it will get done ..
