Why speed affects terrain?

Why in very high speeds the terrain begings to look like it is remaking hinself?

I dont think thats the cause. The speed im talking about is around 100.

game speed +100 is raping your CPU so hard determining physics and pathing that it can't render fast enough.

I've always assumed it's because it switches to a lower level of detail because it detects the low FPS or something. But I never checked that in the code.

No... Then I wanna make experiments with BA to determine the skills of the units to write em down on my units/buildings guide I put the speed superfast to revive the enemy com after killing him (takes a big while) so I gain control over arm and core.
