what's with the bug reporter..? is that bugged too?

ok i just set up an account in the mantis bug reporter but just one slight problem
IT WON'T LET ME LOG IN
i've VERIFYED my e-mail and every time i try to change my password it logs me out then once i try logging back in it comes up with invalid password...
WHAT IS WRONG HERE?
does this site and game HATE me or something?
game don't work...bug reporter don't work...what did i do to be tortured so badly? DX
