Yeah i know.. the usual Request but with a new Idea. I thought about how to create a "cheap" Ghost Town Feeling for nuked Citys and so on - and that would be the Sollution.
Just have some sort of Pillar, that plays "Radio Active" in the Middst of Fallout polluted Desert.. you know like the GTA Talkshow, with one of those Compgenerated friendly Radiomoderators...
Some Examples:
The Weather outside is dry and windy, a really great day to visit the beach, don`t forget the Suncream! Remember that Nasty Sumer 12 Years ago, which was followed by that instant cool Winter! Surfboard- Snowboard - you know where they can be found!
