start a game, some guy joins, we launch
he walks over to someone else├óÔé¼Ôäós com and guns him
leaves
i look him up with my smurf detector and find he has around 45 accounts all registered within a very short space of time.

I think he should be banned, simply because he obviously isn├óÔé¼Ôäót playing seriously.
he has a lifetime ban on unknown files already so he wont be getting any files any time soon.
all those who disagree, wait until he does it to you and then you will think differently.
can we make it so you cant dgun your allies aswell?
that would be nice!

to be honest when your ally is coming at you to dgun you it is, truly more than any other occasion, time to run your boy.

to be honest when your ally's comm (now your enemy's, as he gave his stuff to an enemy) is coming at you to dgun you it is, truly more than any other occasion, time to run your boy.
Fixed.

Ally bombers or ally comm stealer's are ban on sight, so report it when it happens. At very least it allows us to talk to the offender and ensure that similar behavior doesn't continue. Playing like that just ruins the game for everyone.

One time I was forced to d-gun a teammate over a metal extraction point dispute, I tried to resolve the matter in a friendly way, but he wouldn't have any of that. I suppose I could have restrained myself, but I found the notion all too amusing.. "D-gunned.. over a metal spot?"
Mainly, I was inspired by an event that had happened long ago.
Back in the day, I once participated in a game of OTA on Zone, where one guy d-gunned his teammate because he said "gtg" at the beginning of the game, the guy that said it meant it as "good to go". However, the confrontational teammate deemed it as "got to go" and proceeded to question the gtger's sexual preference merely because of how he interpretted "Gtg", the arguement ended with the homophobic one walking over to the GTGer's base and attempting to dgun him. The GTGer, with his masculinity at stake would have none of that and self-ded before the confrontational teammate could get into d-gunning range.
