Spring RTS Engine

I see people playing versions of expand and exterminate and nanoblobs that i just cannot find. They see to be more actual that the ones in the mod downloads area...

Nanoblobs, I have no idea where the link for that is. For E&E you need to join #ee in the lobby and follow the link there.

Unknown Files. For everything. Cept the new EE beta, join #ee for that.

The newest nanoblobs is also missing. (unleash that room i say using it was an test and that version was not been released yet or something like that).

Downloaded the newest EE but... it doesnt work. The game just seems to ignore his existence on the mods folder...

Did you restart the lobby?

You don't need to restart lobby, only refresh mod list.

Take it out of its zip archive. Only the sdz or sd7 file goes in it.

mod devs should upload to unknown files

everyone looks at unknown files, cant find the link so give up.

what part of beta dont you understand...

I already took. I did everthing right. Have no idea why it isnt working...

I'd just re-install Spring. It solves all my glitches.

I assume you guys don't like FU anymore but we got those mods as well.

I like FU, the download speeds are usually better then Unknown. Alot of mods can be gotten from unknown though.

And FU shuts down until the end of the month if we use it too much, so we try to use UF as much as possible.

No, we don't have the bandwith issues anymore, since we don't host the lobby map download.

That thing costed us near a third of our entire bandwidth and we never got as much as a thank you for it. That made Nexus angry and he did a stupid thing purging all the maps from the server... which is why unknown-files is the major site in that regard. Although don't get me wrong, I don't disagree - FU and UF are partnersides, not enemies.

Just coming in waving a bit that "Hello, we're not all dead yet" :)

If you cannot find a file you can always use Unknown File's simple URL wildcard search system. For example, http://expand.unknown-files.net would return all the files that include 'Expand' in the title. It also comes in handy when people want you to provide a map/mod link in the lobby.
