Spring RTS Engine

Is there any way to make this work, I used it a few times a long time ago and forgot about it. It is very efficient because I don't need my (EXTREMELY) large media player opened to play my music. My Media player takes a lot of processing power to use. I have searched using Google, but to no avail. Even the main site doesn't have any info on it. I would like it if anyone else that knows how to use it imparts their knowledge into me.

There is no steam Mp3 player AFAIK.


There was this nifty thing called HLAMP before though, but problems w/ VAC and stoof eventually shut the project down.
