1-Sentece-Description: Balloons for the Ruule! Even Popoulus 3 had them!

Once and for all MTR means Mean Troop Ripper - a OTA Unit that never got in the Game

and in AA it means Mexes Turrets and Repairs - the basics for an Outpost.
