This was a utility for OTA made by DarkRain a many ways back

Go to TA profiler; get it if you want. It's fully functioning and very useful.
If something like this could be made for Spring (or integrated as part of lobby) would be very useful. Might even help AIs to take care of processing stuff outside of game.
