I have mixed fealings for Bush. Why is there not a mixed feelings for Bush tab?

The only thing I really don't like is his administrations way of frowning on Stem Cell reserch. Yeah, saving lives is unethical...wooo!

Bush is an enormous cock but I'd rather see Bush and know where I'm at than Kerry who sells his opinion to the highest bidder. Fortunately I'm not american.

That tends to make the choice easier...

The only thing Bush did with stem cell research was banning federal funding for embryonic stem cell lines other than those that already existed. This is because of the moral debate over abortion.

It's bad enough that there's even a debate over issues like abortion. What is this, Iran?

KDR_11k, abortion is either a non-issue, or it is a mass-murder greater than the holocaust. Make sense why there's a debate now?

Indeed they are! *Loads S0-2 Launcher*

Yep, a gun that shoots S0-2 at things. Awesome, but with incredible potential to backfire very badly

I do not support Bush. I did not vote for him, I do not agree with him and I cannot accept his actions as correct, fair, intelligent or mature.

I must, however, respect him for some things he has attempted as President, regardless of whether he earned or deserved the post. Yes, his proposed changes to Social Security were short-sighted and fairly poor - but he actually stood up and expended his political capital to try to fix a serious issue, which is more than most are willing to risk.

As for abortion, I do not consider it infanticide to a point. I essentially agree with the Supreme Court's decisions on the subject to this point - there is a reasonable amount of time during which the cells are not functionally a human being. There are other extenuating reasons which may allow for abortion even later; to whit the safety of the developed mother and the issue with rape pregancy.

Want to know something interesting?

You can usually tell the writer of a poll's opinion by looking which option is first on the list, and so gains priority.
