Apparently it is or was responsible for a server crash and for that is has been banned.

just to let you know where its gone and why its never comming back

the !find !maplink !modlink etc commands will nolonger work.

but you will be pleased to know if you send chanserv some really dodgey commands it crashes the whole tas lobby server which is apparently what cookiebot did.

there is nearly no chance of this being fixed unless AF comes back from the dead.........

allthough i have been maintaining cookiebot since he dissapeared i cant fix something like this (lack of sourcecode n all )

When did AF disappear? I thought you disappeared! You never contacted me with that FTP info anyways, not that it matters now...

It's been banned only temporarily and will be unbanned as soon as someone fixes it, because it crashes chanserv (which consequentially makes server unresponsive to other users as it seems, haven't really looked into it yet).

Hmmm..... Interesting problem.. AF needs to get back on it I guess..

lol indeed, its been broken in #trivia for awhile just saying NULL. so i didnt contact you because it just wasnt working lol.

Eh you shouldn't release wip version, it's not fully compatible with current server protocol and some stuff may change which could lead to corrupt map cache info with actual 0.30 version ... All functions don't work yet as well as you figured out yourself.
There is tagged 0.26 lobby in the svn, you should use that one instead.

I'll redirect "online maps" to unknown-files anyway with next update, since content site is progressing so slow.

AF is gone. he was tired of asshats being general asses. So he left. He's probebly on smoths forums, But I doubt he'll help anyone do anything.

ok chanserv is fixed now, unbanned cookiebot.

Actually I'm surprised, I implemented a banlist function for cookiebot so if a banlisted user joined a channel cookiebot had operator status in it would kick the user via chanserv. I spent ages trying to figure out why it wasnt working when it turned out chanserv was frozen.

I've restarted cookiebot, and I also fixed #trivia

Maybe thats for the devs to explain, but theyve said they will enver accept another patch from me and they've made it very clear that I'm not welcome here. Shame, I had so many ideas and plans, I'll just have to find somewhere else.

Sabbel has always had a problem with me, If I look far back enough I can find quotes of him telling me to rot in hell or praising any mention of me leaving when the forum was barely 2 months old. I dont blame sabbel, a handful of people turned against me after the notorious aGorm thread about growing trees where I rushed to his defence and all hell broke loose.

If anything I've become more tolerant of the people passing through here and the lobby, and its partly the people who use my projects and work that I'm leaving that make me feel bad.

Its come to my attention certain people have made comments very recently that this is a shot at getting a mass of attention and I'll be back in a week only to threaten to leave a week later. If I wanted attention I'd start posting shocking things, like images from the disturbed section of 4chan or ogris.com while making unbelieveable announcements in #main like spring 1.0 has been released linking to bogus installers or other rubbish. That'd sure attract a lot of attention and threads about 'whats alantai doing?!'.

The only time I've ever read and IMSabbel post, he's being a jackass.
